When I listen to this song I often think that I’ve played it on Dance Dance Revolution. As damning as the pronouncement may be, I still offer this song up as one that’s worth the listen.
I will be honest, it was the music video that first caught my eye. Without it, I may never have thought to listen to it again. This is why I love and hate music videos. They can make an unobtrusive song good, but also can make a great song mediocre. Fortunately for White, the former was the case.
The beginning is a little too relaxed to catch the ear on the first go around. Your mind shuts off before the strings come in to sweep you off your feet. I encourage you to listen for that moment. It is truly amazing.
Band Blurb: From what I understand, Eternal Morning is made up of the rapperTablo and a producer named Pe2ny. Speaking no Korean, I can only go as far as that. Their album is simultaneously praised and criticized for being completely instrumental.
