This isn’t a very new song, but it doesn’t exclude it from being good. Nearly all the Japanese music nerds know this song, but outside of that, it remains to be sadly unknown, despite its ubiquity at all karaoke bars. It was originally written for the drama Proposal Daisakusen, a ridiculous drama about a man going back into time with the help of a fairy to win the girl he loves.
